Ulberg Scores First-Round KO Against Reyes at UFC Fight Night Perth

In a decisive victory at UFC Fight Night in Perth, Australia, Carlos Ulberg defeated former light heavyweight title challenger Dominick Reyes with a first-round stoppage at 4:27. This marked Ulberg’s ninth consecutive win, bringing his record to 13-1. Post-fight, Ulberg expressed his intent to contend for the title, confirming his attendance at the upcoming UFC 320 rematch between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira.

From the start, Ulberg dominated the match, effectively neutralizing Reyes’s attacks. After stunning Reyes with a left punch, Ulberg capitalized with a powerful right hook, knocking Reyes to the ground and securing victory. This loss ended Reyes’s three-fight winning streak and marked his first knockout loss since November 2022.
